19-year-old, International Showjumper, Claudia Moore has as quickly established herself as one of the most promising young riders in the British equestrian scene. With an impressive track record and numerous international titles under her belt, Claudia has been an integral part of Great Britain's gold medal-winning teams.Based at her family home and yard in Essex, she trains under the expert guidance of her parents, Jason and Katrina Moore, both of whom have a wealth of experience and success in the equestrian world. Their mentorship has provided Claudia with a solid foundation, enabling her to rise rapidly through the ranks of the sport.
Claudia made history in 2018 at her first European Championships by winning a team gold and an individual bronze medal, becoming the youngest British athlete ever to secure a Pony European Championship jumping medal at just 13 years old. Since then, her list of achievements has only grown, with numerous championship medals solidifying her status as a rising star in international showjumping.
Her dedication and potential were recognised in 2020 when she was selected for the prestigious World Class Podium Potential Pathway, an honour that highlights her commitment and growing influence within the sport. At just 18, Claudia clinched her first 2* Grand Prix victory at Sancourt in France with her horse, Hardesther. The following year, she achieved yet another milestone, winning her first 3* Grand Prix at Valencia in Spain at the age of 19.
